• Maintenance Services – We will assure that all maintenance requests from tenants are handled promptly, and that the repairs that are needed will be made professionally. We will contact owners for approval for any repairs that exceed specified limits.
• A Professional Website featuring properties listed For Rent presented with pictures and extensive descriptions.
• Professional Real Estate signs with Gold Coast Management and contact numbers on them so prospective tenants can contact us directly for details.
• A Team member available to answer your questions and concerns by telephone or e-mail seven days a week, 8 am to 9 pm EST. If we are unable to answer your call immediately (we may be on another call), we will call back as soon as possible. If you e-mail us, we will respond within a couple of hours. The more detail you give us in your e-mail, the better we can respond.
• And our guarantee – If you hire us to manage your properties, and a tenant that we placed in your property fails to complete the initial lease period, we will place the next tenant free of charge.
